If there is a problem with your order once you have received or picked up you item(s) please file a claim.
How to File a Claim
- Login into your DeeperDeals account
- Navigate to "My Orders"
- Select the order your issues are in reference to
- Click on the "Submit Claim" button
- Fill out the description field
- Add pictures if applicable
- Click "Submit Claim"
Your claim will then be reviewed with a response within 48 hours. Should you need more immediate resolution, you can call or email the support contact information attached to your order (viewable in your order details and on your order receipt email).
